 When we engaged Bob Scribner as the exclusive agent for selling our Westhampton house we got a lot more than we bargained for. Bob made many suggestions on how to improve our chances of selling, from realistic pricing to de-cluttering.
His knowledge of the local market along with an excellent understanding of the larger economic issues was impressive. Every idea that he offered was well thought out and we benefited from his extensive real estate experience. All of his ideas were very wise and helpful. He held multiple Open Houses, both for other realtors and for prospective buyers. He was tireless in his efforts. He brought clients from his own base as well as clients from every real estate office in the area. His online advertising was sophisticated and well placed. He was always professional in handling inquiries, offers, advertising, videos, etc. We received about six offers in total over a period of less than six months, remarkable, considering that the economic news every day grew more dismal. When we sold the house Bob also had many worthwhile ideas about how to make the moving process less stressful. We were very satisfied with having Bob Scribner as the exclusive agent for our house.
